ONE IMPERFECT PERSON’S Top 10 or More Things Wrong with Humanity. (The purpose of this is to make us think, not to create anarchy, or disharmony)

Free Will – I had a hard time deciding where to put this one. This is a gift that was given to us by Almighty God. This gift is to be used in making decisions. This was a gift because when God created Adam, He could have just said you will do only what I say, and think only the thoughts that I give you. He chose instead to make man in His image. With the ability to think for themselves, thus proving first of all that He is a loving and caring God, and also that He did not want robots, but a family, and companionship with humanity, which of course we later took advantage of and destroyed. By utilizing that gift in the wrong way, it cost us the ability to walk (physically) with God. We failed God right out of the gate. And then we look at Him and blame Him for our mistakes, yet He forgives His children, and hold His arms out to receive us back to Him, should we choose to use our free will to come back to Him. Jesus Christ Himself had the same free will, He had the choice to live for Himself, or die for us in order to yet again provide a way for us to one day be with our Heavenly Father. He used His free will to help humanity, and give us the best gift that has ever been given. He died so that we, also God’s children, could once again walk with God. Maybe if more of us would use our free will for good things, and to help others this world would not be in the shape it is today.

9. Free Speech – This freedom is misinterpreted as our right to say what we want, when we want, and to whom we want without consideration of the consequences of the words that we say. We use this freedom, to demean and hurt others. We use this freedom to condemn, and to judge others. We use this freedom to start wars, fights, and any other type of bad situation that we may desire at any given time. Some people use this freedom to try to change the foundations, and morals of this great nation, to that of immorality, and disrespect. Some people, probably many of which have never served a single minute in service to this nation, believe that it is their right to try to change the foundation on which this country was founded. This country was founded by Christian men seeking escape from the religious persecution they suffered under the rule of Great Britain. Freedom of speech is supposed to mean that you can vote, and speak opinion towards the rules, and articles governing this great nation. It is not put in place for us to condemn, hurt, judge, or put down our fellow man. It is not there for us to speak out against other people’s thoughts, or feelings. And it is certainly NOT put there for us to say that after 230 years of the same motto, Pledge of Allegiance, and same God, that we should not include Him in things that concern our country, when were it not for Him, we would not have one. Maybe as a country we should learn to keep our mouths shut about other people and their beliefs, and focus on our own well being, and ourselves. Maybe as Christian descendants we should also use our freedom of speech to further the Kingdom of God. Maybe as Christians we have a responsibility to God as well as humanity to take a stand and fight for the very morals, and virtues that God bestowed on humanity, and our forefather’s embedded in the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.
I am quite certain that I read that somewhere once. Oh yeah, the Bible that’s right. You remember that Book that is no longer allowed in many areas of our lives. If we were to look up statistics on criminal activities, we will find that most of these have increased since the atheists took their time to get prayer removed from the schools. Maybe we should use this constitutionally
given right to try to make our nation better, and stronger, instead of worse and more immoral.

Freedom OF Religion – When this country was originated, it was established by former settlers of Great Britain, who came to this country to escape religious persecution. They established this country based upon Christian morals, and values. These morals and values are the basis that formed our country. They are the same Christian values and morals that have formed our society for over 200 years. For those of you that cannot understand what this means, I will try to break it down for you. We live in a society where the laws are derived directly from the "Ten Commandments". For example "Thou Shalt not kill". Duh, murder is illegal. "Thou shalt not steal", Um, I am no genius, but I believe that that refers to theft, burglary, etc, etc. Let’s think about how many direct references there are to "Almighty God, Our Lord and Savior, or any other name pertaining to God are included in the main papers of our country. For anyone to think that we should allow a group of so-called American’s make any attempt to change the history, and basis of this nation is outright insane. It is not freedom from religion, it’s freedom of religion. Every American is entitled to worship their God in whatever manner they choose, if they choose not to have a God, or a religion then that is their choice as well. For the 10-20% of American’s who do not believe in God, then don’t worship, but do not try to tell the rest of us, that because you choose not to, then we should change 230 years worth of tradition, heritage, and history, just to please you. That is almost as crazy as forcing Americans to learn languages that we do not speak as a primary language in this country, or to press one for English on the phone, ATM’s, or even some on-line transactions, but that is another story.

Political and Judicial interpretation – As a nation I believe that we let people interpret our rights for us, and sit back and take it, instead of speaking our minds to make it better. We are given the right of free speech, which should allow us to be able to voice our opinions on the issues at hand. The Constitution of the United States was written to define the rights of the people. It is our duty to elect officials that we believe know what they are doing, so that we are correctly given those rights. Unfortunately money has become the deciding factor in a lot of these people’s decisions. I believe that our forefather’s defined our rights, and they are not open to negotiation. We now have an Executive, and a Judicial branch that cannot seem to agree on much of anything, and are constantly trying to change something that should never have been messed with in the first place. If we would just for one second go back to our heritage, and our roots that established this country, there would not be any question to what the Constitution states. It does not say anywhere in the constitution, "we the politicians", or "we the judges", it simply says "WE THE PEOPLE". If it is not broke don’t fix it. Who made these judges and politicians god’s? Since when is murder, not still murder.
Since when can a person decide that it is okay to stop feeding a living breathing person, in order to let them die, because they cannot vocalize that they want to live. What’s next do we let the mentally challenged die because of their inability to rationalize, and make the same decisions that a person without an illness would make? Or how about we just line up anyone who may be a hindrance to others and have one big execution! Maybe if we continue on this way we can get rid of the poor as well. I mean really, life is life, and taking it away is murder, no matter how you look at it. If it is allowed to continue where will it end?

Man’s hatred for anything different then them – This is a real problem when it comes to race, and religion mostly. However I will also include illegal immigrants in this area. If memory serves me correctly, "all men are created equal". This not only means just the ones that are like you, but even the ones that are different. Man was made in God’s image. And any differences between us are a result of our own actions, or the actions of those who came before us. Now as a country we have the right to decide whether or not we will allow anyone to come into our country to live, or visit, this means that if immigration is doing their job correctly, only those that we allow into our country are here. Unfortunately our border security does not allow this to happen, which causes all of the illegal immigration into this country. Do not get me wrong or think me hypocritical, but I think that something should be done about this problem. I am neither racist, nor prejudiced towards any race, or nationality,
But I am an American, and I do speak English. It is my feeling that we should not have to alter our lives and our heritage in order to please groups of people who come into this country, and cannot speak English, nor should American’s loose their jobs because some immigrant is willing to work for less money. Learn our language, respect our customs, and follow our laws, or you are free to go back where you came from. I am a very peaceful, and respect giving person, but I also served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and Veterans did not fight to keep what we have, just to give it away, or change it for people who do not even live in this country. You are either American, and speak English, and follow American tradition, customs, and laws or go back to where you came from and follow whatever you want. We are letting people come over to our country, and make it into whatever they want. As far as the racial thing in this country, we are all American’s (except those here illegally), we are all a part of the greatest nation on the planet, and we are all descendant’s of Noah. Why don’t we just for once act like a family, and get along, and live like we should. Why don’t we respect people for their beliefs, instead of condemn them. Why don’t we help our brother or sister instead of mocking them because they need help. Why don’t we show respect for our elder’s for making it this long in life. And why don’t we respect those younger than us, because without them there is no future. Only when we can see a person as a person, and not a color, a race, a religion, an age, a creed, or anything other than a person, will we ever have harmony and peace in this country. One United Nation under God. With liberty and Justice for all. Amen.

Illegal Immigration, atheism, and Homosexuality – Now I will speak on a problem that says a lot about what is wrong in America. That is our inability to speak up for ourselves, as well as our country. In this country we speak about tradition, and heritage, yet we do not defend it. We talk about life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, yet we let others define it. We sit back and complain about what everyone else is doing. The problem is what we are not doing. We are not living together in peace. We are not defending our constitutionally given rights. And we are not defending ourselves against any enemy foreign, or domestic. And we have forgotten where we came from. And we have forgotten about God. What we are doing is sitting back and letting our country be overrun with illegal immigrants. We are letting them dictate what language we speak. What jobs are available. What is taught in our schools. And whether or not we have to push one when making a phone call. What has happened to border security? What happened to national security? Last time I checked English was our national language. If you don’t know it, learn it. If you don’t want to learn it leave. As far as our customs and traditions, this goes well beyond immigration. This comes down to atheists that have decided that for the first time since Congress made it declared a federal holiday on June 26th 1870, that Christmas is not constitutional. They say that the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ offends them. If it offends you, then don’t celebrate. There again it is a tradition, and a custom in this country, if you don’t like it leave. No one asked your opinion, and no one really wants it. Our veterans have worked to hard to make this country what it is to sit and watch the nation that they have put their lives on the line to defend crumble, because of the few that need to think about utilizing their right to leave the country. No one is making them worship anything, or asking them to believe in anything either. Back to immigration, why should we as a nation that has been established with the same traditions, motto, pledge, and language for over 230 years be forced to adapt to immigrants? At some jobs you can only get hired if you speak Spanish. Excuse me but I thought that English is the language in this country. Why should language be the deciding factor in hiring anyone? This is America. Land of the free, and home of the brave. Not the land to come in and live for free. And not home of the brave enough to leap over the border. Yes I was blessed enough to have been born in America, and yes I have severed in the military, and yes if I was going to a foreign land, I would have to adapt to their language, culture, traditions, and way of life. Maybe I should just go to Mexico, and see if I can make them learn English because I am there. Maybe I’ll go there and collect their money and sit on my behind, and expect them to cater to me. Yeah right!!! What category do I fall into? Am I Asian American, African American, Hispanic American, Latino American, Indian American, no I AM JUST AMERICAN. I am an American, who should not have to press one for English. I am an American who should be able to send my kids to school knowing that they will be taught the history of this great nation. Not just the parts that are "politically correct". I am an American that wants his children to know that this is "One Nation UNDER GOD". I am an American who believes that my children should be "free" to pray in school. I am an American who believes in the very morals, and principles that established this country. And I am an American who thinks that people who are not should be grateful to God for giving them the opportunity to become one. Point blank, if you are not American, do not appreciate American values, morals, traditions, and language, then go the heck back where you came from. This is America, the United States of America, not the United States of Americana. And it’s about time that the defense of this nation became a priority over defending everyone else’s country. How can we ever defend our own values, custom’s, traditions, morals, and our own land when all we can think about is everyone else’s land? While we stand up and fight for all of the other countries on the planet, it is our own that is suffering. Where should the focus be? By concerning ourselves with everyone else we are losing what is important, and what makes this country great. We are losing our own heritage, our own values, morals, traditions, and probably one day our own language. How can we see the splinter in other countries eyes, through the two by four that is in our own. Our nation feeds other countries people, clothes other countries people, houses other country’s people, and provides financial aid to other countries, while here in the United States, we have people dying every day of starvation, exposure, and disease, and we do nothing. What is wrong with this country? Yes, I know I am a Christian and I should be reaching out to others, but it also says to be wise when reaching out. I would love to help everyone, but when I have to take away from those closest to me, it would not be wise to do so. We are American’s, and we need to take care of America first and then worry about everyone else. We need to get the two by four out of our own eyes, and stop over looking the problems in our own country before we focus on the splinter in other countries. We need to bring back to this nation all of the things that we have forgotten about. We need to pray. We need to speak English. We need to stop killing our children, and adults for that matter. We need to teach American history. We need to come back to God. And we need to make America, America again.
As far as homosexuality goes, first of all, I am not homophobic. In fact I have a really close friend that is homosexual. I neither condemn him for it, nor do I condone it. I do believe that this is an unnatural act and that it should not be condoned by society. It is not right. Now we are sitting back and watching as this group rewrites the very definition of a sacred event such as marriage. Marriage is ordained, and given to us by God almighty. Genesis 2:23-24 in the bible says this "And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of man. 24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they shall be one flesh. This tells us that it has always been, since the day man was created, Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. Woman was created for man, both as a companion, and for procreation. Sex itself was made for the purpose of reproduction. Last time I checked two men are as incapable of becoming pregnant as two women. Now they want to take the one sacrament that man has left that is already in a shambles due to the divorce rate, and make a mockery out of it. Marriage is a union between a man and a woman, it has been since creation, and must remain this way. If we read in Romans in the Bible we will find predictions of these events.
For example look at Romans 1:26-27. It says "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of a woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. Which there again tells me two things. One is that God Himself knew that humanity would take this turn. And two, that man with man, and woman with woman couples, are unnatural, and by the law of the Almighty God, in direct violation of His Word. The fact that people believe that homosexuality is genetic is also appalling. God would not create a human with a genetic trait such as this. Why would He create a person for which He knew there was no hope? This I believe is a learned trait that may be brought on by either a motherless, or fatherless home. The child, while growing up lacks the closeness with the same sex, so as they mature they take on the characteristics of the single parent. For example, a boy growing up in a fatherless house, has only his mother to learn from, so he grows up with feminine qualities. He has no masculine figure to learn from, so the masculine characteristics are not learned. This is of course is just my theory. Which once again leads back to the marriage thing. Appropriate couples in this world have problems, and the easiest way to deal with these problems is divorce. Wrong. Honesty, communication, trust, and love are the only ways to handle any relationship troubles. God know that I have provided my wife many reasons to leave me, but by the Grace of God, her love for me kept her hanging on. All divorce is, is the cowardly way to solve a problem will still exist, long after the marriage ceases. Anyway back to the subject at hand. If gay, and lesbians are allowed to take part in the sacrament of marriage, then marriage itself becomes just another meaningless act. Marriage is an institution, not to be messed with. We have already adapted medical insurance coverage to the point that they can include partnerships such as these. It is not right. And as far as adoption goes for the gay, lesbian couples, this should not even be an issue. How would the children turn out. What kind of ridicule, and pain would the children be forced to endure. If you want children, then have children. Do not subject innocent children to the lifestyle associated with the gay and lesbian community. Last time I checked sodomy was illegal. By allowing gay marriages we are also condoning yet another sin. We cannot have sodomy be illegal if we are allowing those that practice the act to get married. This is the land of the free. What make this great is the ability to choose. Gay and lesbian activity is a matter of choice. If you cannot choose to not be gay then you should not have the option of getting married, and having children. If I read the news right, the lesbian couple from Massachusetts, that got married, are no longer a couple, boy that battle was worth the effort. Let’s turn our back to God again and watch what He allows to happen to this country this time. The three topics included in this portion are three that are making us consider 230 years of history obsolete, and making us consider changing our morals, traditions, values, and customs to suit just a few groups. We are sacrificing all of the things that make this nation great. We are sacrificing, what is already I’m sure, a shaky relationship with God Almighty. We are America, One Nation Under God, and we need to remember that we are Under God, and start acting in a manner consistent with Godly behavior, or we are as a country going to fall. And once we fall where will we be then.

Gun Control and Abortion, Cloning, and Welfare– This is also a problem in this country. Two things that are taking life away daily. And one that takes a lot away from everyone. First of all let me say this. I am NOT for taking guns away. In fact I am just the opposite. I say let everyone have guns, why not. Let the poor have guns, so the hoodlums cannot harm them. Let the gang bangers have guns so they can take out each other. Let storeowners, and homeowners have guns so they can defend what is theirs from the gang bangers. Wait a minute here. Let’s just think about this for one second. So it is not the guns that kill people it’s the people that kill people. So maybe gun’s are really meant to protect the good people of this country from the unsavory ones. Hmmm, that would make sense, so that cannot be right. Quick scenario for you, An old man asleep in his home is attacked by a young kid with a gun. Now the old man also has his grandchildren for the weekend. The intruder is strung out, and broke. He is desperate for some drugs. He has already taken the children and tied them up. Now the old man has only two choices, does he give the druggie his money and take the chance of dying, or does he say no to the kid and take the same chance. Now the old man is a veteran, and has been an outstanding member of society. But due to a law that has made it illegal for him to have a gun for home security, he faces losing not only his life, but the life of his grandchildren as well. So this gun control law has made his decision, not his own, but has turned his fate into the hands of this strung out kid that has invaded the old man’s home. Now had this old man been allowed to utilize his constitutional right to bear arms, in order to defend his home, he and his grandchildren would have had a better chance of survival. By the way the grandchildren, there were 4, and their ages ranged from 2 to 13. And all the money the man gave up only amounted to $3.23. So the kid became enraged and brutally murdered 5 people. I sure am glad for gun control. Of course this story was all fictional, but I have heard others that were not. If the old man had had a gun there may have been a death, but I believe 1 is better than 5. Maybe instead of taking the guns out of the law abiding, good citizen, we should take them out of the hands of the gang banging, drug-abusing, drug dealing thugs. Maybe it’s not the guns maybe it is the people who have them. So strengthen the punishment for illegal possession. Strengthen the laws for the people selling them. Strengthen the laws for stealing them. But do not take them out of the hands of the people who use them responsibly. In this world that we have allowed it to become it is necessary to defend human life, not to allow the helpless, or the honest citizens to be killed by the deadbeat criminals of the same.
Which brings me now to abortion, or as I like to call it murder. We allow people to go out and kill their children. Not only do we allow this we condone it as a country. What is the difference between killing an unborn child, and a dog? Oh yeah, that’s right killing the dog is a crime. You can go to jail for killing fido, but it’s okay if you want to scramble an unborn child. One of God’s creations. They even tried to make it more brutal by inventing this new way to do it called partial birth abortion. I have described it before, but I will again. You have a child that has been carried full term you see, and as the baby is being born, the "doctor" turns the baby into a breach (feet first) position. It’s at this point that the entire baby, with the exception of the head is berthed. The so-called doctor at this point makes an incision as the base of the baby’s skull. Then the "doctor" put a suction tube into the incision and sucks out the contents of the skull, thus killing the child. Now if that is not inhumane I do not know what is. Fortunately we have a President in office that does not believe in murder. I feel somewhat hypocritical by talking about this because one of my children was aborted. This was not of my doing, but that of my ex and her mother. I had no choice in the matter, which is why I probably feel so strongly about the issue. I believe that there are absolutely no circumstances, short of the death of the mother, that any abortion should be permitted. There are adoption services, people who would be willing to take a baby, those that cannot have children of their own, and a few other options that are available. If a woman, or a girl these days gets pregnant, then why should an innocent, unborn child be force to suffer for their parents inability to either be celibate, or utilize birth control. Now in the case that a woman gets pregnant by being raped, then there are still other options out there besides abortion. "Thou Shalt Not Kill", ring any bells. There is absolutely, under no circumstances, any reason for murdering a living child, short of the death of the mother, and I am not absolutely sure that it should be permitted then. I have 5 children, and yes it’s hard, but I would never give any of them up, and will never put their safety at risk. In the words of a great Christian band, Casting Crowns,
"As we're sung to sleep by philosophies that save the trees and kill the children", the sad thing is, these are true words. Groups are acting more on saving the rainforests, whales, and any other thing than are concerned with our own children. When will the madness end. Maybe we will have to wait until the return of the Lord, Jesus, for it to stop. I pray not, because a lot of people will realize way too late.
Which now brings me to welfare. It seems that it’s easier and more beneficial to sit on your butt and do nothing in this country. When our motto says "land of the free", I think some people take the free to mean let everyone else pay for me. Where does it say that you can come here to the United States, and sit on your behind and get not only money, but also free medical, food, and housing. And to do this all you have to do is nothing, but have a bunch of kids, and sit on my butt enjoying free cable, air conditioning, and food. People abuse a benefit meant for those who are in capable of working, or those who do work but have trouble making it. Not for the lazy people who think that America owes them something, or that they are somehow not capable of doing anything to help society. And society accepts this as okay. In the mean time you have families such as my own, that both parents work full time jobs, go to school, and are raising children, who because of "too much income" are not able to get any help. I mean we pay our taxes, we contribute to society, and we do not sit on our butts and do nothing, yet we cannot get financial help from the same government that provides all of this, for free, to those who are able to work, but choose not to. Yeah that’s fair. It should be for struggling families, and the physically, or mentally challenged and the elderly, not for the slothful, lazy people who, though they can, choose not to work, or contribute to society in anyway. If we would take one tenth of the money spent on the lazy, and utilize it in other areas, (homeless, security, medical research, the war on terror, etc) how much better, and stronger would this nation be.
Now I will speak briefly on cloning, or as I call it "pretending to be God". What in the world are people thinking. It is insane for people to believe that they have the right to create life in this manner. Do they think that they are God. Do they really believe for a second that they have the right to create another human being through scientific methods. Shouldn’t they be concerned with saving the lives that are already being lived. Isn’t it obvious that God is not happy with humanity already? Don’t people think that we have already shamed God enough. What do you think caused the events of 9/11? Do you think that God made it happen. I do not believe so. I do believe that God allowed it to happen. And that God allowed it because of this nation continuously turning its back on Him. I believe that He walked away from us because He wanted to send a message that He protects us by His choice. If you had a child, and they continuously got into trouble, would you continue to support them, or would you reach your limit, walk away for a minute, and them return to them? I believe that our Father has done that to us. He let us know how it feels to be turned on. To not be sheltered. He let us dig a hole and then He let us jump into it. Immediately following the events of 9/11 people flocked to the churches. Please God how could you do this. How could we do this. We have taken the knowledge that human’s have gotten throughout history, and instead of using it to help people, it is being used to play God. When will this country smarten up? Why is it so hard for us to believe that there is a force that is greater then us. That controls all things, and time. Have we really become that big headed to think that not even God Almighty can stop us from doing what we want, no matter what the consequences may be? The problem is less of God and more from man. Reminds me of a story I just read recently, that goes like this:

By his little girl Shelby. She wanted to know what the United States looked like. Finally, he tore a sheet out of his new magazine on which a map of the country was printed. Tearing it into small pieces, he gave it to Shelby and said, "Go into the other room and see if you can put this back together. This will show you our whole country." After a few minutes, Shelby returned and handed him the map correctly fitted and taped together. The father was surprised and asked her how she had managed to finish it so quickly. Oh, Shelby replied, "On the other side of the paper is a picture of Jesus, and when I got all of Jesus back where He belonged, then our country just came together".
Hmmmm, if a child can so easily understand the meaning in this then why do so many adults have a problem figuring it out. Amazing how innocent and uncorrupted the mind of a child is. A child who was not born in some lab. The scientists in this world should be worrying about finding cures for AIDS, and all of the different varieties of cancer. That is what they have been blessed by God with the intelligence to do. Save life, and not attempt to create it. God makes each individual, an individual for a reason. So that they cannot be duplicated at the hands of another person. When God made me He broke the mold, probably because He did not want to make the same mistake twice. How can humans possibly think that they are capable of making life? They are not God.

Inability to Forgive mistakes – Our inability to forgive ourselves and others for mistakes past
is another problem in this country, as well as life in general. This inability ranges from the single person to an entire race. This is a problem that I face when it comes to self-forgiveness. Forgiveness is the ability to get beyond a situation, understand that mistakes happen, and move on. What we tend to do is to hold grudges against people for the things that have been done to us. Or in my case things that I myself have done. It is a daily struggle for me to remember that, Jesus Christ Himself has forgiven me, and I need to forgive myself. As a beautiful woman told me once, if Christ can forgive you, then aren’t you smacking Him in the face by not forgiving yourself. The beautiful woman of course is my wife. So I remember that when I stumble on old memories. What we need to remember is that to not forgive is to not love, and if you don’t love then you dislike, and that dislike can lead to hatred, and who knows where hatred can lead. Uhm, where has it led us to now? We now have a war going on partially because other people do not like the fact that we are a free country, and we are one nation under God. Not that what led to this war is supposed to be forgiven, but the hatred that resulted from that act has led to even greater hatred, and disharmony even in our own country. A lot of people now hate President Bush, why because the man is doing exactly what he said he would. If you want someone to hate for that try yourselves, you voted for him. As did I, and I would do it again. Why? Because he does what he says he is going to do. And as a country many have turned their back on their President, but more importantly on God Almighty Himself. He is not responsible for the shape of the world today. His did not cause 9/11. He is not causing the wars in the world. And I’ll bet if we continue in the way that we are, He will not be the one to protect us. So we blame God for all of the bad things, and never thank Him for the blessings that He has bestowed on this nation. It’s time as a country we take back what is ours. We do this to ourselves, God just allows us to do it. It’s time that we learn to forgive our brothers, and sisters, our sons, and our daughters, and get on with our life. And as I have said before praise God for all that He does, not just what we want. God is our Father, and as any child, or parent knows, the love of a father is without end. Sometimes tough love is necessary to prove a point, or to stop certain actions from repeating themselves. Doe this mean that we love our children less, or that we are doing what is necessary to ensure not only the safety of the child, but to shape their morals, and values. To teach them right from wrong, sometimes means that you have got to turn from them from time to time, but the love of a father never ceases. But a father also forgives his children for their mistakes. God who is our Father does not hold grudges, plot against, or do the extreme in order to punish us. That is not God. Now He may let us stumble and fall from time to time, but let’s face facts, we deserve the consequences behind our actions. And like a father, God forgives us and moves on. Maybe if humanity possessed even a slight measure of forgiveness we would not be destined for failure. "To err is human, but to forgive is divine".

2. Taking away the values and morals that have made this country great– This one is a major problem in this country. We live in a world that is on the verge of self-destruction. We have taken all of the morals, and values that we have been given and turned them into immorality. I have said it before; this country was established under moral and values that were of a Christian nature. What we have allowed to happen is an atrocity. We have taken the very morals that we should all possess, and let a few people change them for all of us. We have allowed the few to decide for the many. We have allowed prayer to be taken out of our school systems. We have allowed the "pledge of allegiance" to be taken out of the schools. We have allowed gays, and lesbians to participate in the Holy sanctity of marriage. We are allowing case after case to continue where someone wants to remove God from something. We have allowed irresponsible mothers, and fathers to KILL their children. We have allowed child molesters to run free. We have allowed a woman to be starved to death only because she could not say that she wanted to live. We are allowing Hollywood to show whatever they want on television, and have taken very little stand. WE HAVE ALLOWED OUR COUNTRY TO FORGET ABOUT ALMIGHTY GOD. Or if not forget about Him, then we have forgotten that He controls the world, not the world that controls Him. We used to have morals; we used to have values, what has happened to us. We have taken our morals and lessened them. We have lowered our standards as to what is appropriate. We have become a nation that has lost all of its ability to tell right from wrong. And we are a nation that seems to have forgotten where we came from, and how we got here. Where are the morals, what values do we now possess? We used to have a country that believed in God. People in fact established, and fought to maintain this country so that they could worship God in a manner that they felt was right. They established a country where the values and morals were based on biblical references. Based on the Laws of God. This country used to have morals, and knew right from wrong. What was proper, and what was not. What should be accepted, and what should not. Where it was worth the fight to protect the righteous. Where it was worth the fight to protect our way of life. Where people stood up for what they believed instead of just settling for "whatever". Where it was okay to let your children play outside without worrying about them getting kidnapped. Where a show that even spoke a word more perverse than Hell was unheard of. Where it was considered to be wrong if two men or two women kissed, and held hands in public. Where it was okay to pray in school. Where it was unheard of to not have "under God" displayed in the public eye. Where the "Ten Commandments" were considered a way of life, instead of "unconstitutional". Where Christmas, was still Christmas, and not happy holidays. Where Jesus Christ was the leader of the house, and not Oprah. Where the belief in something greater than ourselves was a reality, and not something that needed to be proven. Where human life was more valuable than a pair of cheap shoes. When the only way for a child to be born was the natural way. Where men loved women and women loved men. Where love was what mattered, and not material things. Where God was to be worshipped, and not mocked. Back in the beginning of America, where everyone had a voice, and used it. Where it was okay to walk down the street and not worry about getting shot. When the words "Praise Jesus" did not get you thrown in jail for contempt. And where we did not have to worry about whether we had to worry about our children going to school and getting killed. When family was family no matter what. And we loved our children, respected our elders, worshipped our God, and loved our country. Man where have we gone from where we came from? We need to remember our heritage, and bring back those times. We need to remember where we came from, and not worry about where we are going. Because, yesterday is a memory, and tomorrow never gets here. I have children growing up in this hate filled world, and it makes me sick to my stomach, that they have to deal with life the way that we have let it go. I want my children to care about a world that has forgot to care about itself. I want them to be able to learn about the heritage of the country they live in; not just what is considered constitutionally sound. I want them to know that this is "one nation under God", and if they want to pray to God in school then I want them to. I don’t want a society that has become so corrupt, and sick that leaving the house will make them fear for their lives. With morals and values in this country as they currently are, how can we ever expect to remain in, or regain our good standing with God. Do you not remember Sodom and Gomorrah? Do you remember how God handled that situation? What makes this country think that we are currently any better then those cities? What is it going to take for this country to remember its heritage, and regain the proper morals and values that once made this country great?

Man’s constant inability to realize that there is an Almighty God, and that He is in charge at all times, and not only when we need to blame someone else for the mistakes that we have made, or whom we need to ask for help from, only when we need it –.
First thing is first, God is God. He is the same today, as He was yesterday, and as He will be tomorrow. God IS the creator of the Heaven’s and the Earth, and all that falls between. He is the creator of every living and dying thing in the Universe. He is the Alpha, and the Omega, the beginning and the end. He not we is in charge. He always has, and always will be. He is the Father of all. And He is in control of everything. He made us in His image, not we made Him.
Control is an illusion, God has control. Freedom is a physical illusion that can only be truly found in Him. He is a loving, merciful, forgiving, and compassionate God. He has given us free will to make the decision to follow Him. He may give us consequences for the actions that we choose to take, but what Father does not do that with his children? He is not spiteful, grudgeful, and he does not bring death, but life. I am sure that at times He does get angry, but again like any other father he forgives. He did not create us to watch us suffer. He created us to be with Him, as we create our own children to be with us. He is not a fat statue that sits with its legs crossed. He is not a God that demands His followers kill as a service for Him. He is not a god of pain, and hurt, but a God of love, and compassion. And He is definitely not a God of convenience, as He is always there whether you think you need Him or not.
Why is the world in a shambles? One reason is because it is supposed to be. It is written that way in the Bible. Anyone, who knows anything about the Bible, or the book of Revelations, knows that the world is supposed to end. The second reason is that people think that they are better than God, stronger than God, and that they control God. WRONG ANSWER, TRY AGAIN. The problem is that human beings think that they have advanced beyond the need of God, and they are trying to be God. Or they refuse to believe in God all together. Unless of course they need something, and then it’s off to church. Why would God create human beings if they were destined to fail? That’s an easy question, if you think about it. Why do we have children, when we know that they will let us down from time to time? Because we need companionship, and we need to love. Love is not a luxury that is known by the few, it is a necessity that all life seeks to find. A necessity that all life longs to experience, it is sad that only few ever find it. People never look in the right places for anything. God knows that when I met my wife, I had no idea that she would be the one to show me what true love felt like. And even when we got married, I did not submit to it. It took almost losing her to make me realize how much I actually love her. We run from the important things in life and embrace the materialistic and meaningless things of the world. We refuse to believe that there is any force that is stronger than we are. We refuse to listen to our hearts. If we listen to our hearts, it might make us weak. WRONG ANSWER AGAIN. I am stronger now than I ever have been. My strength comes from believing in God, and knowing that He is in control, and not me. It also comes from the love of my wife. I have never known a person (except Jesus) who has been capable of such a perfect and unending love, and you know what it is scary, but I would not give up my submission to God, or my wife for any amount of money, power, fame, or fortune.
As far as the existence of God, well let’s look at this for a minute. I’ll even break it down into three different scenarios. First, the big bang theory of creation. Someone at sometime came up with the theory that the world was created by a big explosion in the atmosphere that let to the planets being created. HUH. Still does not explain life. What caused the explosion? Where did the mass that made the planets come from? This theory only deals with the creation of the solar system, not life itself. WRONG ANSWER. The next theory is evolution. Someone said that humanity evolved from a single celled organism into man. Okay even if that were possible then you do not have a planet to evolve on. And even if that was the case where did that one cell come from? Something had to have made something to get something to evolve from. WRONG ANSWER.
Now here are the facts that I believe. "In the beginning God, created the Heavens, and the Earth".(GEN1:1) Uh okay there’s the planets. "And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of Heaven."(GEN1:20) Oh so now there is life. And now, here comes the best part,
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our own likeness: and let him have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all of the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth"(GEN1:26). Well I guess now that explains human beings. Well I guess that sums up creation.
Then there are the atheists. Now these people make me laugh. How can a group of people be so offended over God, when according to them He does not exist. So why does He bother them so much? You gotta love that. I’ll bet God has a huge laugh Himself over these people. Well we don’t believe in God but man is He unconstitutional. Actually God is probably truly sad for these people, because if someone does not help them then they are damned. Now that is real.
Come on people wake up. The only explanation of creation is that there is an Almighty being that created all, and His name is God. The last survey said that roughly 85% of American’s believe in God. How can we sit back and let the remaining people decide to get rid of Him. Take away from Him what is His. Were it not for Him none of us would be here. America chooses to believe in, and run to God only in time of crisis. What you need to see is He is always there. He is our Father. He wants to embrace us all, and we run from Him, and for what. That 50,000 dollar corvette. The 500,000 dollar house in the Hamptons, come on. It is not worth the end result.
Look at the increase in crimes since they took prayer out of school. Look at this generation that is coming up now. We are nothing but spoiled brats, who really need to have our butts kicked. But we can’t even do that anymore. We blame God when bad things happen, and fail to acknowledge His presence in the good times. Why God Why. Just shut up and deal with it. Chances are if bad things are happening to you, then Satan is attacking you, or you have brought it on yourself. It is NOT God’s fault. As a country we have turned our backs on God. We have let all of these ungodly persons go too far. And then we wonder why bad things are allowed to happen to us. Let us see, we have taken God out of school, the ten commandments cannot be displayed, someone is attempting to take God out of the pledge of allegiance, now someone is trying to get "in God we trust off of our currency, we continue to allow abortions, some states allow same sex marriage, we even allow people to say GD on television. Let’s see is there anything else, oh yeah we are also allowing cloning to be experimented with, and have even allowed homosexual priests into the church. Yeah we deserve to have God watch over us don’t we? Excuse me, but I think that if a child of mine were to make enough mistakes, and deny me enough, I might turn my back, and wait for them to come back to me too. 9/11 was not an act of God. It was an act of Satan that God simply did not stop. Maybe we should have gotten the point then. And yes this is all supposed to happen, and yes it is in the Bible, but that does not mean that we should like it, or roll over and give up. I believe that this nation has always fought for the right things. Why is it that when it comes to God, it’s not worth the trouble. Can’t we see the truth, or is it that we do and do not know how to handle it? Or maybe the world is in such turmoil that we have stopped believing in miracles. Let me define a few miracles for you. Every baby that is born is a miracle. Every tear that is shed for someone else is a miracle. Every drop of rain that falls, is a miracle. Every flower, or crop that grows is a miracle. And the fact that God has not destroyed us, that in itself is a miracle. Everyone has a misconception as to what a miracle is. A miracle is simply anything that blesses us that we did not have the day before. Or that is how I would define it. We take a lot of things for granted, that if tomorrow they disappeared, we’d be sorry, and miss them. Wake up America. God is real and we need Him. Do not mislead yourself into believing that He needs us. God will be here long after any one of us. We spend so much time worrying about life. There is really nothing that we can do to change things so why worry. I am not worried because I know Jesus, but that does not mean that I am not angry. We sit back and watch all of this happen, and we do nothing. We sit and listen to people mock, degrade, put down, and try to dismiss God, and we say nothing. I hear people all of the time say "oh, I am a Christian" yet they do or say nothing. This reminds me of another story that I heard recently.
During the start of a church service, a masked man bursts in the doors carrying an automatic rifle and says, "anyone not willing to die for Jesus can leave now", scared for their lives the congregation gets up and rushes out of the church. Only a few lonely people remain in their seats. The masked assailant then takes off his mask, puts down his weapon and says, okay reverend now we are ready for church now that the fake Christians are gone.
People constantly claim to be Christian as long as there is nothing to risk. The second that they fear then they forget what they are supposed to believe in, and stand up for. Christians will be persecuted for their beliefs, and some will even die for the name of Jesus, that’s just the way it is.
Most people have forgotten what it is to believe in anything. This nation as a whole has lost its faith in everything but itself, and is slowly doing that. Why can we not see the solution to all the madness? The solution is to bring God back to America. To stop denying that He exists, and to fight for prayer in schools, the pledge, the crosses, the Ten Commandments, to stop abortion, to stop clone research, and to pray to God for his mercy that He may forgive us, and to take a stand for the values, and morals that once made this nation great. Then and only then will we ever be able to get back what God originally intended for America. God had not left us, He is merely letting us do what our free will has allowed us to do. We need to seek God. We need to pray without ceasing. We need to believe in Jesus. We need to show God that we truly are "one nation under God", and not one nation above all else. And we need to remember that the credit may be ours, but the glory and honor belong to God. Or we will fall, and we will fall hard. Don’t get me wrong, nothing that we do will save this world, but everything we do may save the people of this world. This world will fall one day, and only those who believe in Christ, and God will remain for eternity. We cannot save the world but we can save each other. That’s the way I see it.

Dear Jesus,
I know that I am a sinner,
I have made many mistakes in my life that have made me unworthy of your love.
I freely admit all of my sinning ways, and turn from them.
I need you in my life.
Lord please come into my heart, and be the Lord of my life
I am ready to do your will, and to follow you the rest of my days.

Amen.
This will not make you perfect, or even your life perfect, but it will give you a fresh start with Jesus, and allow you the opportunity to start from square one.
